ArT gAlLeRy
Most of my illustrations are character-focused. Drawing funny little animal people is very much my forte. I can do humans too, but I'm a furry, so guess how much that happens. Ever since I began digital painting - Which I especially got into thanks to this fantastic turorial from Sherm Cohen - I've been rendering them that way when I have the time and energy. It takes a while, but it's rewarding!
My art has evolved a lot and changed over the years. I went from typical young kid drawing to copying Miis, to copying Bill Watterson and Dav Pilkey, to copying Jeff Kinney, to copying Butch Hartman, to eventually developing my own style. Because I was a 2000s kid who also grew up with a lot of 90s media, my style is heavily based on things I love from those decades that form the Y2K era, most especially Phineas and Ferb, Camp Lazlo, SpongeBob Squarepants, Fairly OddParents, Rocko's Modern Life, Captain Underpants, Humongous Entertainment games, Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, The Simpsons' "classic" era, Animaniacs, the Disney Renaissance, and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Influences outside of (or on the edges of) that time frame include Peanuts, Calvin and Hobbes, Asdfmovie, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Scooby-Doo, Krazy Kat, The Amazing World of Gumball, Gravity Falls, T.U.F.F. Puppy, The Princess Bride, Jay Ward, and a variety of old-school theatrical cartoons, especially Looney Tunes, Mickey Mouse, and Tom and Jerry.
